Nov. 14-16th: Food, Wine & Fitness in the Catskills

HISIDE is taking over the Spillian Estate, formerly known as the Fleischmann Mansion in beautiful Fleischmann, NY (Catskills) for the weekend of November 14-16th. Think: Rigorous outdoor adventure at nearby Belleyare Mountain during the day overseen by a professional coach and a little bit of well earned indulgence in the evening provided by a private chef and sommelier.

SCHEDULE

What this weekend will include:

• Welcome cocktail on Friday night upon arrival.

• Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night.

• Multi-sport fitness program lead by a professional coach / personal trainer that will begin in the morning and run until the early afternoon on Saturday. Morning fitness program on Sunday. More details to come regarding the workout plan in the coming weeks.

• All meals prepared by a private chef including: Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (which will be a Texas Style BBQ done on their smoker) and Sunday morning breakfast. 

• Wine and wine education on Saturday conducted by a wine professional.

LOCATION

Details About the Spilllian Estate:

• There are eight bedrooms (8) at Spillian (six with Queen beds, one with a King and one with two Doubles).  Each room is unique, offering variations like wonderful windows, balconies, fireplaces, views, antique marble built in sinks, and extraordinary woodwork. 
• The main floor offers a welcoming great room and a wonderful dining room, both with fireplaces, as well as a garden room with a bar. The house is a symphony of wood details in the Shingle Style, with extraordinary hand painted oil murals of flowers and gardens throughout.
• The owners have brought the kitchen back to life honoring its history as a Victorian family kitchen, including the original pine floors, while bringing it up to date as a fully licensed commercial kitchen. Its heart is a refurbished antique Garland stove from a Sullivan county Borscht Belt hotel, and
a kitchen island that is perfect for cooking and learning.
• 32 acres of magical forest and meadows to explore, with ruins and springs and places to gather as well. A pond, a glorious turn of the century rustic gazebo, a fire pit, wildflowers galore…
