When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving them.
We do not process orders on the weekends or national holidays.

What's Your Policy On Returns?
We will happily accept returns for a full refund within 30 business days. The product must be clean, unworn, undamaged and returned with all tags and original packaging. Please allow seven days for returns to be processed. Please note though that during high season it could take as long as 14.

Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on returns at this point. Please be sure to keep your tracking number to ensure that the package is returned to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we personally do not ship.
